Mon Coeur — Sustainable kids' clothing brand development
A sustainable kids' brand that refuses to be quiet about caring for the planet.
The brand
At Mrs & Mr, the brief was to bring a kids' clothing brand to life: clothes made to last, so the planet does too. Mon Coeur makes kinder clothing for earth-loving kids.
The idea
Where most conscious kids' brands whisper in neutral tones and quiet moods, Mon Coeur says its values out loud: vibrant, playful, uncompromising, optimistic, adventurous. The team built it end to end, from positioning and messaging to identity, collection, packaging, and web. As designer and illustrator, I contributed to the identity and packaging and drew the brand's illustration world, including the custom "MC" hand-lettering and its animated details.
Result
Mon Coeur launched as a fully recycled, vegan, closed-loop childrenswear brand, produced in Portugal with a take-back program that returns used clothes of any brand to raw yarn, and has been covered by Forbes, WWD, and Insider. A 1% for the Planet member, it has since collaborated with partners including LOFT.
