Bringing the real famous Louisiana kitchen to life

Popeyes is a major QSR brand best known for its fried chicken and seafood that’s made the New Orleanian way. Their food has deep roots in the cultural heritage of New Orleans. The brand is big-hearted, proud, spirited, and soulful. But its current branding didn’t express that at all nor had any personality. 

When it comes to design strategy, we are all about honoring the melting pot that is Louisiana and celebrating the alchemy of our food, our culture, our people. We put our food first so proudly show our chicken through macro, up-close shots. Our supporting illustration and type style is a reflection of the handcrafted nature of our food, the people behind our brand and the vibrancy of Louisiana culture.
